Chamomile is a gentle and relaxing herb enjoyed for centuries by Europeans as a tonic. The daisy-like Chamomile flower has an uplifting aroma reminiscent of apples. Chamomile is often enjoyed as a relaxing, naturally caffeine free infusion before bedtime, with its soothing aroma and very delicate flavor.

Ingredients: Chamomile Flowers.

To make a cup of Dilmah Chamomile tea, draw fresh cold water into a kettle and bring to boil. Allow freshly boiled water to coll for a minute or two. Pour the hot water into a clean and dry cup or pot containing one luxury leaf tea bag per person. Use around 200ml of water per bag. Stir after one minute and allow brewing for a further minute.
This tea has a prominent character and should be enjoyed straight, without milk or sugar.
