How to Buy by the Case
 
Customer that buy tea by the case (12 packs to a case) are eligible to receive one of two types of discounts.
  • Buy one case (12 packs), you earn a 5% discount on the purchase price
  • Buy 2 or more cases (24 or more packs), you earn a 10% discount on the purchase price
The case can be mixed, that is, any of 12 or more packages in total will be discounted by this coupon.  (See details below.)  All items can be sold by the case.
 
The discount is not applied on shipping charges.  One coupon per purchase order, please.
 
In order to receive the discount, use one of the coupon codes below:
  • 5POFF for the 5% discount *
  • 10POFF for the 10% discount *
* This discount cannot be used with other coupons, Free Shipping discounts or when items are back-ordered.
 
 
Detailed Instructions for Buying by the Case
  1. Add 1 or more packs to your cart.  The page will then display the number you entered.
  2. Type 12 in the QTY field (the quantity you wish to purchase).
  3. Click the button labeled "Recalculate".
  4. The page will display with 12 or more packages in your cart. *
  5. Enter the appropriate coupon code (5POFF for 12; 10POFF for 24 and more) in the text box for "Coupon code".
  6. Click on "Apply coupon" button.
  7. The cart should update your order with the coupon.
  8. Proceed to checkout.
*If you do not see the cart updated with 12 packages, your internet browser does not accept cookies.  If you are unable to apply the coupon or buy through the site, please contact us by phone to place your order.
