Our website has been validated and has a secure SSL certificate which provides industry standard data encryption of information transferred from your computer to the website.
We do not store credit card numbers unless you request us to store them for an easy check out next time you use the site. If you check the box “Keep my payment method on file for easy checkout on future orders” – our system will store your information. If you decided to store your credit card number with us, our personnel cannot see or retrieve them. We can only see the last four digits of the card.
Our system is setup with PayPal in a way that we cannot charge your credit card more than once for the transaction.
Because we do not normally store credit card numbers and/or CVV2 numbers, we charge your credit card immediately when you press the "Submit My Order" button. After that, the order is locked and cannot be changed. We can refund money to your card but we cannot charge it again.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $75 AND MORE*

 

  * Free Shipping restrictions and rules:
  • Valid for Continental USA only. 
  • Free shipping apply only on designated for free shipping items.
  • If order has items not designated for free shipping, coupon FRSP49 has to be applied. However, in this case, no other coupon can be used.
  • Not valid for items that explicitly excluded from the free shipping in the detailed description of the item.
  • Not valid for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and APO type addresses.
We charge shipping based on the weight of the package.
We ship to the United States and Canada via US Postal Service and FedEx. We normally process, pack and deliver your purchases to the USPS Post Office or UPS or FedEx drop off location within two business days (usually the next business day).  By request, we will make every effort to get it as quickly as possible to the shipper.

Once we deliver the package to the shipper, the method you choose will determine the approximate time of shipping.  (See below.)
We are unable to do overnight or express shipping.
 
We cannot be responsible for timing or delays related to UPS, FedEx or USPS. Therefore, delays related to UPS, FedEx or USPS services are not a reason for a full refund of your order. We will not refund your money if delivery problems occurred after we sent the package. The exceptions are lost packages and damaged contents.
 
For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Virgin Islands we strongly recommend that you do not choose to use USPS Parcel Post, which can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
 
PLEASE NOTE: 
1. The shipping time includes our processing, packing and handling time: usually 1 business day but not longer than two business days. Plus, consider the time for the actual shipping, again, based on the shipping method you chose.
2. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Two of our shipping vendors, USPS and UPS, are on a similar schedule.
3. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped out on Monday.
4. If you chose a faster shipping method like USPS Priority Mail, it does not mean that we will prioritize processing your order in any way. It will be processed in the usual way unless you contact us and make special arrangements.
5. We recommend using UPS or FedEx based on customer feedback of their deliveries. 
Here is some information about our most popular shipping methods.
 
Flat Rate 5 Day Ground Shipping $10.99 - We will ship any order to anywhere in US for $10.99 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We use these methods:  USPS Parcel, Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. We will make the decision on which shipping method is used. The order can have unlimited quantities or amounts.
 
USPS Parcel PostThis Economy shipping method will take from 2 to 9 business days for delivery (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Packages can be delivered on Saturday if you normally receive mail on Saturdays. This is the longest but the least expensive delivery method.
 
USPS Priority Mail – Takes from 1 to 3 business days for delivery. Packages can be delivered on Saturday if you normally receive mail on Saturdays. It is more expensive but can be a fast and reliable delivery method.
 
FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery - Our preferred shipping. It guarantees delivery in one to five business days in the continental U.S; 3 to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.
 

DISCLAIMER: When shipping to Canada there is a possibility that you will have to pay Canadian Import Taxes and Dues upon the arrival of your item. We cannot be held responsible for or predict these charges.
 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the day you received it. Items must be unopened and in good condition. We will refund 100% of the cost of the products back to the source of your original payment. We do not refund shipping charges.
If you decide to return any part of your purchase after 30 days and up to 45 days from day you received it, we will refund 100% of the cost of products as a store credit that can be used on our site. We do not refund shipping charges.

AFTER 45 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER, RETURNS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.


If the items have been damaged or destroyed as a result of shipping problems, please contact us to arrange replacement or refund of the items. The damages must be claimed with 14 days from the day you receive your purchase.

In this case, we will refund the cost of the goods and the shipping back to the source of your original payment or we will replace the damaged items. We will cover the shipping cost of replacement. If only a portion of the items were damaged, only a portion of the shipping charges will be refunded.

Damage claims made after the 14-day period and up to 30 days will receive a store credit in the amount of the refunded costs, that is, the costs of the damaged product and any related shipping charges.
AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER, DAMAGED PRODUCTS CLAIMS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.
